Membership Application Process
To become a member, please complete the application form through the link provided. Your application will be thoughtfully reviewed by our Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. We value every application, and if, for any reason, your membership application is declined, please rest assured that your membership fee will be promptly reimbursed.

Annual memberships with Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre are active until the 31st of December each year. Membership Liability
Every Member of the Company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Company in the event of it being wound up while he is a Member, or within one year after he ceases to be a Member, for payment of the Company’s debts and liabilities contracted before he ceases to be a Member and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves, such an amount as may be required not exceeding, together with the contributions of other Members or contributories, an amount of BD$250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) in aggregate.
