Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre has been granted a license to be an official Global Relay For Life country - Relay for Life is a 24hr volunteer driven event designed to celebrate the lives of survivors and those we have lost to cancer, and to raise money and awareness in the fight against cancer.

We have been searching for a way to unite Bermuda's cancer survivors and support those around them.  We think we have found it and the best part, YOU can be involved!

It is exciting to be a part of a worldwide initiative which honours all cancer survivors, caregivers and all those whose lives are touched by cancer - and we get to add our Bermudian flare! There is much planning to be done before we host the first annual Global Relay For Life event in Bermuda in 2014. 

We would love to speak with you if you think you might be interested in being a part of this event.  Representatives from the American Cancer Society's Global Relay For Life will be in Bermuda on March 19 and 20 to begin the process and meet with the core volunteers.
