95% of the funds raised will remain in Bermuda and will help us deliver important cancer prevention programmes, such as the Centre’s Lung, Colorectal and Cervical Cancer awareness initiatives. We will also be able to improve opportunities for early cancer detection and treatment for uninsured and underinsured community members. 1 out of 3 people in Bermuda will receive a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime.
The remaining 5% of funds raised will go to support Global Relay For Life initiatives, including finding a cure for cancer.
