- Exercise Regularly - At least 30 minutes a day and 5 times a week
- Live Tobacco-Free - Every cigarette damages your health
- Reduce Alcohol Consumption - Every drink increases your risk for cancer
- Get Screened Regularly - Visit your doctor for regular checkups
- Get Immunised - Ensure you get you and your children immunized

FIND CANCER EARLY BREAST, CERVICAL, SKIN, COLORECTAL & PROSTATE CANCERS MAY BE FOUND EARLY OR PREVENTED BY HAVING REGULAR CANCER SCREENING TESTS

- Mammogram, to screen for breast cancer
- Pap Test, to screen for cervical cancer
- Self-Skin Checks / Doctor Visits, to screen for skin cancer
- Colonoscopy / Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT), to screen for colorectal cancer
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) /Test Digital Rectal Exam (DRE), to screen for prostate cancer
