MOvember Bermuda is a month-long campaign focused on one simple goal: getting men to take their health seriously.
Throughout November, participants grow moustaches, move daily, host events or take on personal challenges to raise funds and awareness for men’s health in Bermuda.
But this campaign is not just about facial hair and fundraising.
It is about breaking silence around prostate health, cancer screening and early detection. It is about encouraging men to seek help sooner, not later. And it is about ensuring financial barriers never prevent access to care.
Funds raised support free men’s health education initiatives and the Equal Access Fund, helping provide early detection services and radiation therapy to those who need it.
Change starts with conversation.

Start November 1 clean shaven and grow your MO for 30 days. Share your progress, spark conversations and raise funds along the way.

MOvember is even better together.
Workplaces, departments, sports clubs, community groups, families and friends can create a team, fundraise together and support one another throughout the month.
Your team can participate in any way that works for you. Grow a MO together, take on a team MOve challenge, host an event or create your own fundraiser.

MOvember helps change that.
Throughout the campaign, we encourage men to take their health seriously, know what's normal for them, understand their family history and seek help when something doesn't feel right.

Every dollar raised through MOvember Bermuda stays in Bermuda.
Funds raised support local men's health initiatives and help remove financial barriers to cancer care. Through Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre's no co-pay commitment, everyone can access our services without a co-pay, including cancer prevention sessions, cancer navigation, oncology nursing and consultations, and radiation therapy.
Our cancer navigation service is available to anyone in Bermuda diagnosed with cancer, whether or not they receive their treatment at the Centre.
Your fundraising helps make a real difference close to home.
Together, we're aiming to raise $60,000 for men's health in Bermuda.

You've grown it. You've MOved. You've fundraised. You've started conversations. Now it's time to celebrate.
Join the MOvember Bermuda community as we recognise participants and teams, enjoy a well-deserved shave, and reflect on what we've achieved together. The event is free for participants but the public can attend by buying tickets online.
But don't put down the fundraising page just yet. The MOFinale marks the start of our final fundraising push as we work toward the December 11 fundraising deadline. Follow up on pledges, submit corporate matching requests and finish strong.
