So much of life's jouney is uncontrollable and unpredictable, often resulting in stress and anxiety. If we can prepare ourselve to handle the more challenging stages of our life by brining stress and anxiety under control, we can improve our quality of life and become an active participant in our own healing recovery.
On Tuesday evenings we will explore different embodied mindfulness techniques, such as therapeutic breathing, meditation and gentle movement.
Learn to calm feelings of anxiety and uncertainty so that you can better enjoy and improve the quality of your day to day life.
Clothing worn should be loose, stretchy and comfortable. No previous experience of meditation or particular level of fitness required.
