This workshop will assist in providing guidance and support to become tobacco-free.

Date/Time: 

Sunday, March 3^rd: 2:00-6:00pm

Wednesday March 13^th: 6:00-7:30pm - optional

During this seminar participants will:

• Learn skills to make changes in their lives, including stopping smoking
• Learn how to remain tobacco-free while feeling calm and relaxed
• Learn how to re-train their minds so that they can enjoy life without a cigarette
• Experience enhanced self-esteem and discover the confidence to create the life they want
