Men are encouraged to register for Bermuda's only men's only race!

Participants are encouraged to raise funds to support local Men’s Health Initiatives. Increase your fundraising by asking if your company will match the funds you raise!  

COVID-19 NOTICE Your health and well-being come first, please abide by all COVID-19 safety precautions and government regulations.  Should the in person event be cancelled, men are asked to walk/run their own route.

100% of all funds donated to Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre are used to support local men’s health initiatives, including the free men’s health screening events, Men's Health Reduce Your Risk presentations, and the Centre’s Equal Access Fund, providing financial subsidisation for prostate consultation, ultrasounds, biopsies, and radiation therapy.

  • Virtual 5K run/walk (commenced date 1st November 2021 to be completed by midnight Sunday 14th November 2021)

Please note, that due to COVID restrictions and as a condition of our permit to hold this event, that divisions (run, walk etc.) will be starting in waves of no more than 25 persons.

Your wave will be clearly indicated on your running number as a coloured sticker showing Wave 1, 2, 3 etc.

Waves will be started as quickly as possible, probably every minute. Starting in your assigned wave will be important if you wish your result to be correct. Results will take into consideration your start time.

Number Pickup Instructions

ALL persons participating in virtual will collect on Saturday 30th October at Police Recreation club, Prospect Devonshire 9am -11am 

Live event pickup will be Saturday 13th November at Butterfield & Vallis, Woodlands Rd, Pembroke from  9 – 11am  

No late entries at number pickup or on the day due to Covid restrictions.

Water stop

One water stop at Valley Rd / Middle Rd junction. Participants are encourage to bring their own hydration for event.   

Results

There will be NO Prize giving or results board. ALL participants will be emailed results. Results will also be live at this website under the results tab above.

Participants are asked NOT to congregate at the end of race.

School Spirit:

The school who has the most entries for all events will receive a plaque to be displayed at the school.

Corporate Challenge Plaque

The company with the most entries for all events will be presented with a plaque at Prize presentation
