Why am I doing this?

Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre is a registered charity engaged in the prevention, detection and support of cancer and other health concerns in the local community. I am looking to raise some funds to support BCHC project to purchase and install a radiation therapy facility in Bermuda which would allow patients to receive treatment locally in an environment where they have the support of family and friends rather the current requirement to travel overseas for extended periods. I will be attempting to run the London Marathon on April 23, 2017 in memory of family and friends. Very grateful for any level of support you can provide to motivate me to accomplish my goal and support this worthy cause.

About the Event

The London Marathon is a long-distance running event held in London, United Kingdom, part of the World Marathon Majors. The event was first run on 29 March 1981 and has been held in the spring of every year since.
